What is the price of a routine check-up at Lexus?

Ranging from as little as $99.95 up to $249.95, the price will depend on the type and duration of the check-up. The price includes a courtesy vehicle, available to you while we work on your vehicle, as well as a complete wash. These services are not included at your local repair shop or even in big-box stores like Costco, Canadian Tire or Wal-Mart.  

May I schedule an appointment on a Saturday?

During the busiest periods of the year, mainly April-May and October-November, when many customers come in to change their tires, we are also open on Saturdays in order to better serve our customers.   

What are the benefits of opting for OEM Lexus parts?

On top of being specifically designed for your vehicle, OEM equipment is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years or 40,000 km.

Do you have jobber parts?

If you request them, we can install non-original or after-market parts.

For how long must I wait for an oil change?

It generally takes between 45 minutes to an hour. You are welcome to wait in our lounge, enjoying a cup of coffee, watching TV or reading a book or a magazine. We also offer free Wi-Fi for those who wish to browse the internet or work.

Will it cost me more to change my tires with you than at my local garage?

Is it true that my Lexus vehicle has a break-in period?

That is true. In order to prolong the life of your new vehicle, we recommend you follow these three recommendations:

During the first 300 km, avoid braking suddenly as much as possible.

During the first 1000 km, avoid driving at very high speeds and sudden accelerations. Also avoid driving in a low gear for too long, or driving at a constant speed for a very long time.

Is Lexus motor oil the best for my vehicle?

While there are many excellent products on the market, we recommend you always ask our Lexus-trained technicians what oil is best for your car. It is best to protect your investment with the recommended oil in order to keep the engine and other parts in the best shape possible.
